Forster and Sporties Tuncurry – your function

The wedding reception venues at our two clubs give a lie to
what people in the past have traditionally felt about using
clubs for their receptions. Probably the main comment you
will hear from your guests is that they can’t believe they
are in a club.
Club Forster
has 2 separate venues:-
The Terrace – imagine holding you cocktail wedding in a
venue that rivals anything you will find anywhere. With its
large balcony and views overlooking Forster Golf Course,
attached to a beautifully interior designed room, there is
no better place to hold your wedding ceremony and continue
on in the same area with the reception.
The Wallis Lake Room – the modern, unique ceiling
features and bold colouring means you need only to add your
special individual touches to the tables to make this room
perfect for your traditional wedding reception. |
Sporties Tuncurry:-
With its “country club” atmosphere, the
reception venue at The Sporties offers a
friendly, relaxed ambiance that is hard to find
elsewhere. Full windows on two sides and a
terrace off the room itself give lovely views
over well manicured bowling greens and woodlands
and the background.
We here in the Great Lakes area are lucky to
have two clubs that offer exceptional, modern
reception facilities as well as you being able
to benefit from the extras the club offers to
it’s members. These benefits include
drinks at club prices, a child minding facility,
a courtesy bus and a night club every Saturday
night for those who want to keep partying.
